Also special mention to Deirdre Farrell and Alan Fairbrother who knocked out 10k (25 laps) on Tallaght Track yesterday for the 'Never Give Up' virtual 10k for the Irish Cancer Society. Also Keith and Daniel Tighe smashed the 5k version of this race this morning with a PB of 20:48
